Key Responsibilities
- Manage ongoing projects by planning execution and monitoring scope, timeline, cost, and quality to ensure successful delivery.
- Develop, update, and monitor project schedules, budgets, and performance reports.
- Ensure on-time delivery with a focus on efficiency, quality, and meeting technical requirements.
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients, suppliers, and internal teams, ensuring alignment and engagement from all stakeholders.
- Identify and assess project risks and implement effective mitigation plans.
- Manage technical project documentation and ensure proper closure, including lessons learned and recordkeeping.
- Keep stakeholders informed of progress, changes, and key decisions to maintain transparency and aligned expectations.
- Ensure compliance with technical standards, applicable regulations, safety protocols, and quality requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in project management in control and automation.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera).
- Advanced English proficiency.
