Proposal Analyst

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare commercial, technical, and budgetary proposals, considering pricing, feasibility, risk, and cost structure.
  • Monitor and ensure deadlines are met throughout the proposal cycle, from initiation to delivery to the client.
  • Create and manage documentation and reports related to proposals, including technical, commercial, and financial information.
  • Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and logistics teams to gather cost estimates, lead times, and required resources.
  • Consolidate cost estimates and define pricing strategies based on established margins and business goals.
  • Participate in internal meetings and occasionally client meetings to align proposal scope and conditions.
  • Support the sales team during contract negotiations when needed.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in technical and/or commercial proposals, preferably in control and automation or oil & gas engineering companies.
  • Strong knowledge of cost analysis, pricing, and bid documentation.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
  • Advanced English proficiency.
  • Experience with platforms such as Petronect, Ariba, or similar tools.
