SSE has developed its own software algorithm for anti-surge control of centrifugal compressors, using advanced dynamic modeling and simulation tools.
Our control solutions include
- Anti-surge (for compressors up to 4 stages)
- Anti-surge (for compressors with side flows)
- Choke Controller
- Performance controller (based on IGV, speed, suction/discharge acceleration regulation)
- Load distribution (for compressors in parallel or series)
- Quench Controller (for inter-stage cooling of refrigeration compressors)
- Steam turbine speed governor
