We work on projects in all disciplines such as Automation and Control, Civil, Mechanical and Electrical, supplying the equipment and materials required for the project, including gas compression and power generation system packages, as well as coordinating the main deliveries with the OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer). In this way, we act as the sole supplier and take full responsibility for the project.
TURBOMACHINERY EXPERTISE
With verified expertise in turbomachinery, we work from the basic design and specification phase right through to the start-up of the system in the field. We have expertise in projects with gas turbine packages, compressors, engines or generators.
We have our own algorithm for anti-surge control of centrifugal compressors.
DESIGN AND ASSEMBLY OF CONTROL PANELS
We develop engineering projects for control systems for new units or retrofits of obsolete systems.
We purchase all the materials, electromechanical integration of the panels in our own workshop, development of the controllers' logic, configuration of all the components and testing.
We carry out field installation, commissioning and assisted operation.
Distributed Control System (DCS), Fire and Gas (F&G), Emergency Shutdown (ESD) and Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition (SCADA) and Programmable Logic Computer (PLC) systems.
