COMPLAINTS CHANNEL
SSE do Brasil operates in strict accordance with the highest ethical and legal standards, where since 2009 at the start of operations in Brazil, we have acquired a solid reputation, allowing us to be proud of our company today.
Each of us has a personal responsibility to contribute to maintaining our company's reputation, ensuring that our standards are fully and constantly observed and applied, and bearing in mind that any failure to comply with them puts our company's name, reputation, integrity and entire business at risk.
No action that is not in line with our business ethics can be tolerated under any circumstances and for any reason.
If you believe that someone has violated the law or our standards, we would like you to inform us so that we can investigate and, if necessary, correct any problems.
The complaint channel can be used for:
- Receiving complaints of moral and sexual harassment, conflicts of interest, suspected fraud, detour of goods, SMS issues, among other matters.
- Register suggestions for process improvement.
- Report situations contrary to the company's Code of Ethics and/or current legislation.
