Key Responsibilities
- Prepare commercial, technical, and budgetary proposals, considering pricing, feasibility, risk, and cost structure.
- Monitor and ensure deadlines are met throughout the proposal cycle, from initiation to delivery to the client.
- Create and manage documentation and reports related to proposals, including technical, commercial, and financial information.
- Coordinate with engineering, procurement, production, and logistics teams to gather cost estimates, lead times, and required resources.
- Consolidate cost estimates and define pricing strategies based on established margins and business goals.
- Participate in internal meetings and occasionally client meetings to align proposal scope and conditions.
- Support the sales team during contract negotiations when needed.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Control and Automation Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related field.
- Previous experience in technical and/or commercial proposals, preferably in control and automation or oil & gas engineering companies.
- Strong knowledge of cost analysis, pricing, and bid documentation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel).
- Advanced English proficiency.
- Experience with platforms such as Petronect, Ariba, or similar tools.
